1990s

Carrie Botti ('99) and her son Hunter
Carrie Botti recently moved to Upper Sandusky after years of living in the Marblehead-Port Clinton area.  In March she gave birth to her first child, Hunter Evin Zehfus.  Carrie attended TU from 1995-1999, and was among the first participants in the music program.  She performed in the University Choir, Pep and Concert Band, small vocal ensembles, and served as sound engineer.  (7/12)

Joy (Briggs) Gibney
After several years in the securities industry which entailed compliance, financial planning and writing scripts for TV and radio financial segments, she is now a full time mom. She has been singing in her "mega" church choir for 12 years now. Recently the 150 member choir sang as backup for christian hymn writers Keith and Kristyn Getty at the Cleveland Connor/Palace Theater.

Brian McMeans has lived in Houston TX since 2008.  He and his wife, a classically-trained vocalist and piano teacher, perform in their church's worship band, with Brian playing drums and bass.  They have a home music studio, and Brian remains active playing the saxophone.  Brian graduated from TU in 1999, and was a founding member of both Up in the Air and the TU Band.  (6/12)

Amy (Albert) Reiser lives in Cleveland with her husband, who plays the tuba and is the President of a German Brass Band, Deutscher Musik Verein (German Music Society).  She traveled with the band to Germany in 2007 and performed vocals in German on the tour as well as occasionally at gigs in Ohio. Amy has two children, ages 9 & 6, who are interested in music, dance and theatre.  Amy graduated from TU in 1997, sang in the very first University Choir, and was a founding member of Up in the Air.  (6/12)

Sarah Bernardo has served as a police dispatcher for the Cleveland Clinic Police Department for more than six years.  She received her BCJ degree from Tiffin University, attending from 1997-1999.  She a founding member of Higher Ground, and sang in the University Choir.  Sarah lives in Cleveland with her 3-year-old son, with whom she regularly sings along with the radio.  (7/12)
 

2000s

Lila (Chiles) Conley lives in Tiffin with her husband, TU tennis coach Philip Conley, and their children, David (2008) and Gwen (2011). She holds a BBA and MH in Communications and Creative Writing from TU and is about to begin her MH in English before moving on to her doctorate studies at BGSU. She is currently a K-8 general music teacher at a local private school. She also helps out with the TU Kids Choir. In her spare time, she writes, models, and does community theatre.  Lila participated in a wide variety of vocal and instrumental ensembles at TU in 2006-08. (4/16)

Jynelle (Kovacs) Rex (BBA '02) and her family
Jynelle (Kovacs) Rex (BBA '02) is currently a Real Estate Agent for Coldwell Banker Tri-Pro Realty in Tiffin and a substitute teacher for Willard City Schools. She serves as the Worship Leader for her church and still sings and plays piano daily. She and her husband Shane will celebrate 14 years of marriage in November and have four children and one grandchild.  Jynelle attended TU from 1997 to 2002, earning a BBA degree.  She was a founding member of Higher Ground, sang in the University Choir and the Gospel Choir.   (7/12)

Amanda (Miller) Treat graduated from TU in December 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and has been working in juvenile detention for the last 8 1/2 years. She met her husband Jordan through the theater department at TU and were married in May 2008.They have two beautiful daughters: Eve-4, and Erin-2. She participates in her church choir and worship team.

Crystal Oliver graduated TU in 2010 with a BBA in management. She is currently working on her MBA in Finance and expects to graduate in 2014. She currently works in Findlay, Ohio as a Systems Moniter/Service Desk Clerk for Meijer. When she was at TU she was the lead vocalist in Grey Sunday. Crystal is looking forward to her wedding coming up on Octoer 5th, 2013 to her fiancee David Burrell. (8/21)
Jessica Zornes finished her MSCJ in May 2013. While working on her undergrad, she was part of the band and Kappa Kappa Psi. In March 2011, she gave birth to her son Jayden. Jessica continues her love for music by serving as the Bucyrus High School Marching Band Percussion Adviser. (8/21)

2010s

Jamie Smith (BA Psychology '11) is entering her second year of graduate school at Heidelberg University, where she is pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling along with licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor.  In her four years at TU, Jamie performed with Up in the Air, Higher Ground, AKA, the University Choirs, the Gospel Choir, and the TU Crew dance team.  (7/12)
 
Chanel Alyse Arnold-Murray is currently an intern with the Marion County Coronor's Office in Indianapolis, IN.  She will be moving to Washington DC in August to complete an internship with the federal government.  Upon completion of her internship she will be attending medical school to become a medical examiner-forensic pathologist.  She received a BCJ in Forensic Science in May 2012, and was a member of Higher Ground, Up in the Air, the University Choirs, and the TU Gospel Choir.  (6/12) 
 
Shayla Drummond lives in Greenville SC with her two-year-old son Caiden who loves music, particularly the drums.  She graduated in 2012 with a degree in Forensic Psychology, and will begin pursuing a Master's degree in Criminal Behavior through Tiffin University in the fall.  Between 2008 and 2012 Shayla participated in the University Choirs, TU Crew dance team, Gospel Choir, and Higher Ground.  
 
Nicole Johnson graduated from Tiffin University in May 2012 with a BA in Psychology and a minor in business management. She was a member of University Choir, Gospel Choir and Dance Team. She will be attending the University of Toledo in Fall of 2012 in the Occupational Therapy Doctorate Program to become a doctor of occupational therapy.  (7/12)
Daijah Bush graduated in May 2013 with a bachelors in Homeland Security and Terrorism.  Right now she is working for Lowes. In January she will be starting graduate school and after she graduates she would like to find a job working with human sex trafficking victims. While in the music department, Daijah participated in the bands, choirs, Afrofunk and Kappa Kappa Psi. (8/22)
Emily Stant graduated in May 2013. She is charge of doing all music centered events for Bailiwick's Coffee Company in downtown Tiffin for Wednesday nights. She is hoping to get TU alumni, faculty, staff, and students involved. (8/27)

Shanna Litton graduated in May 2013. She works with a company called Big Sandy, where she works as a service coordinator for appliances, electronics and furniture.
On January 4th, 2014 she married Ryan Donini a former Graduate Assistant from TU.
